They look like the picture on the pack. The heads are chocolate, the stalks are biscuit, and they're quite edible.
DHA stands for either Docosahexaenoic acid an omega-3 essential fatty acid found in fish oils or Dehydroascorbic acid, an oxidized form of ascorbic acid. As for the rest you'd have to ask our Prime Minister
