I am going to move. Craig and Christine are interested in taking over my flat.
I found a pidgeon walking on the street which died in my care a day later.
The ears played disappointingly on their ‘Return Peformance’. A crowd of 300. More than doubles our previous effort …
*
The only thing I can say about this is: hadn’t I heard that pidgeons are the rats of the sky?

Why did you take the pigeon in . . . was it injured?
This makes me think of Futurama, where it's owls that are the vermin. They come out of little holes in the skirting boards and everything.
Yes, it was injured. I kept it in a box at the foot of my bed ... always thought it was an omen of what's to come...
the owls on futurama ... could there be a connection between them and George Bush's famous quote?
Yep you did.
SkyRats.
The one I really like is 'LandRats' for real estate agents.
ha ha haaa
Remember evil Bart Simpson making that half-rat half pigeon?
My favourite-ever Simpsons frame was in an early episode where Bart joined the 'Bright' class and blew up the lab, and the Groening Gang had the lab-rats making an orderly escape across the bottom of the screen beneath the inferno. sweet.
Bart's half-pigeom may have been inspired by the birdwoman in Tod Browning's FREAKS - Gabba gabba hey! You are one of us! (1932? Olga Baclanova?)
